LICENSE

GENERAL TERMS THAT APPLY TO COMPILED PROGRAMS
You may write and compile your own application programs
using the Component ("the Component"). You may reproduce
and distribute, in executable form only, programs which
you create using the Component without additional license
or fees, subject to the following conditions:

1. Attribution: You must include an attribution statement
   in your programs acknowledging the use of the Component.

2. Conditions: Your distribution of the programs must comply
   with all conditions listed in this agreement and any
   related agreements.

3. No Warranty: The programs are provided "as is" without
   any warranties. The original developers are not liable for
   any damages arising from the use of the Component or the
   programs produced with it.

4. Intellectual Property: You must respect the intellectual
   property rights associated with the Component and your program.

5. Limitations: The distribution of your programs must not
   violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Your programs must be written using a licensed, registered
   copy of the Component.

7. Your programs must add primary and substantial functionality,
   and may not be merely a set or subset of the Component.

8. Regardless of any modifications that you make and
   regardless of how you might compile, link, or package your
   programs, the Component may not be used in programs
   created by your end users (i.e., users of your programs)
   and may not be further redistributed by your end users.

9. You may not use Habarisoft's or any of its suppliers' names,
   logos, or trademarks to market your programs, except to state
   that your program was written using the Component.

All Habarisoft libraries, source code, and other files remain
Habarisoft's exclusive property. Regardless of any modifications
that you make, you may not distribute any files (particularly
Habarisoft source code and other non - executable files).

SPECIAL TERMS THAT APPLY TO CLIENT/SERVER SOFTWARE
ScroogeXHTML Server Deployment Licenses are required if the 
Component is used on the server side of a client/server 
application, Application Service Provider (ASP) application, 
or in a cloud application.

SPECIAL TERMS FOR SCROOGEXHTML SERVER DEPLOYMENT LICENSES
1. The ScroogeXHTML Server Deployment Licenses, or any portion 
   thereof, may not be distributed, sold, rented, or transferred
   to any other party. This restriction includes but is not 
   limited to mergers and acquisitions of the license holder.         
2. The ScroogeXHTML library must not be distributed as a 
   separate binary (e.g., jar file) with your code.

LIMITED WARRANTY
This Component is provided "as-is" without any express or
implied warranty of any kind, including, but not limited to,
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, or non-infringement. Any cost, loss, or damage of any
kind incurred due to the malfunction or misuse of the Component,
or inaccuracies in the documentation, is solely the responsibility
of the user. This includes any direct, indirect, incidental,
special, exemplary, or consequential damages.
The user assumes all risks associated with the use of the
Component, including but not limited to compliance with all
applicable laws. By using the Component, the user agrees to
hold the authors harmless from any claims or damages arising
from its use.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of
certain warranties or limitations of liability, so these
exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.
This Limited Warranty is governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of Germany.
